Fire-technical minimum is a required minimum of knowledge about fire safety for the managers and employees in any enterprise or organization.
According to the article 37 of the Federal law d.d. 21.12.1994 № 69-FZ "About fire safety", heads of organizations are obliged to train their staff in fire safety measures. Fire-technical minimum is held for the purpose to pay attention of managers and chief specialists of the organization, persons responsible for fire safety in subdivisions of organizations, and engaged in the performance of high fire safety and to check their knowledge of the main provisions of the existing normative technical documents in the field of fire safety.
